SpyGlass comes with hundreds of custom formulas, explorations, and experts that are installed into MetaStock. The formulas are organized by category. The name of the formula first contains "DeBry", and then a code for the category. The codes are:

  • BM - Broad Market
  • ERSA - External Relative Strength
  • ET - End of day toolkit
  • FA - Folder Average
  • MSST - Multiple Security System Tester
  • VS - ValuShark

For example, the broad market function that plots new highs is called "DeBry BM New 250-day high #".
