Customer releases the Trading Systems Analysis Group (TSAGroup) from all liability due to conditions beyond its control. This includes CFTC late release of data, CFTC site failure, CFTC data inconsistencies or inaccuracies, Internet congestion, power outages occurring off site, ISP failure, Internet interruptions, etc. All liabilities incurred by the TSAGroup are limited to the amount paid for the active service (the immediate billing month).

Customer acknowledges that they are not paying for the data itself, only for the form in which the data is presented.

Customer agrees that they will not distribute the data provided, nor give anyone access to their account. Customer agrees that they will not change the data downloaded from this site into a different format and redistribute.

TSAGroup agrees to make every effort to post current data for downloading in as quickly of manner as is realistically possible. TSAGroup also agrees to provide data as accurate as is realistically possible.

TSAGroup is not responsible for any funds gained or lost by using the data provided to customer. There is a potential for loss in futures trading and any past performance or successful example is not indicative of future results.
